These profiles provide information and analyses that enable Primary Care Trust (PCT) commissioners and other stakeholders, such as clinicians, to assess levels of kidney care need and current service levels in order to inform planning. This will enable them to drive up the quality and productivity of services provided by Primary Care for those with Chronic Kidney Disease.

The tool shows the selected indicators in map, chart and tabular formats. The information is provided for several different geographies including lower tier and single tier authorities.
