Palliative Care Clinical Data Set

This report presents the results of an online consultation, conducted by the Health and Social Care Information Centre, about a proposed new data collection from specialist palliative care services in England.

The report shows that there is clear support from professionals for the data collection. It responds to individual comments and explains how the results will inform future decisions about the data set and plans for its collection.
